Each lead has one contact page in the database.  With Lead Center you can do a quick search for your leads by name, email, or phone number and pull up a prospects contact sheet which includes all of their contact information, all of the notes you have taken about them, all of the emails they have sent you, all of the emails you have sent them!  Plus every email you send them is tracked, so you will be able to see if they have opened it, and what links in the email they have clicked!
